We had some work done on our house by a contractor. The job was done poorly and we disputed the charges with the credit card company that we used to pay the contractor. After reviewing the work done, the credit card company sided with us, that the work was done improperly and gave us our money back. Is there a time limit to under which the contractor has to file a claim in court against us, if he so desired?
