my husband and i were talked into purchasing a timeshare at virginia beach in the summer of 2000. we were told lots of things that were just lies. we are separated now and both of us are unemployed, and we are two months behind on our mortgage and the mortgage company will not work with us. what are our rights? when we get back to work, can our wages be garnished? we paid a company last year to sell the timeshare but who knows how long that will take. this is hanging over our heads like a dark cloud. What about a deed in lieu of foreclosure? I read a little bit about this on the internet. Please help. Thank you.
