What is the name of your state? Texas
I recently and foolishly purchased a timeshare in Las Vegasl. The slick salesman must have saw me coming, but I bit because of his promises. He promised me several things that were not true, and two of the things were in the contract in the fine print, but I relied on what he told me. One attorney told me the Vegas business did not have a registered agent in Texas, and something about not having minimum contacts.
1. Do I need to hire a Las Vegas lawyer?
2. Do I have a case based on Las Vegas law.
