Hi there,
I purchased a car in the state of NC in March. I live in CT so I drove it back. The delaership has yet to provide me with a title. They supposedly did not realize it at the time but they sold me the car without having a title in their posession. It is a large saturn dealership not a fly by night operation. Is there a statute of some kind stating that I must be provided the title before a certain amount of time has passed? Thank you.
