What is the name of your state? va
i have traded my minivan to a dealer 4 weeks ago. the problem is they want to pay less for my car or they want me to take the car back because the mileage on the title which is 75000, dated 11-02-2003, is 403 miles less than the emission inspection recorded mileage dated 10-21-2003. the current mileage on the car is 84500. this happened because when i moved to virginia i guessed on the mileage on the title application and rounded to wrong thounds. the title was given to the dealer when the day of the trade and i am the only owner of the car. do they have the right to do this? and can they take legal action against me if i don't take the car nor give them extra money?
