We bought into Treasure Lake Resort, years ago, in Pennsylvania. We now have retired to Florida, never use this membership but still received annual dues. How can we legally get out from under this contract? We have tried selling, with no luck. Tried giving it back to Treasure Lake Associates, they won't take it, but we still had to pay $287 dues, with the treat of being sued if we chose to ignore this. We have never been sued & sure don't want to start now, it will ruin our credit. Thank you.
