my mom lives in virginia she signed a contract to have a logging company come in and remove pine trees from around her house, hundreds of them over several acres. she supplied them with a survey and after two weeks of work taking the pines they wanted paying her $75. per load and even possibly crossing the property line(we're concerned about) finished one day never returning leaving a mess over several acres a tore up driveway and not returning the survey all of which was to be done or repaired according to the contract. we've tried to contact the company leaving a dozen messages over the last 10 days with none returned. what to do?

Tree contract

They have breached the contract by not performing as promised; therefore, you are legally entitled to money damages or to have them perform. Sometimes a letter from a lawyer to the company will get them to act.
