Last week I arrived at my driveway only to find that charter communications had gone around our gate on which is posted a no trespassing sign and had laid a cable 40 feet on our property! They had also gone within our property line 15 feet.
Our home was built in 1862, they ran the unauthorized cable ( the neighbor next door for which the cable was for, told the installers it would be alright to lay the line within the double row of our 50 year old white pines.
There were roots laying everywhere.
Any suggestions as to recourse, with the neighbor and charter communications....
