In Ohio, if you have a dispute with your bank over an account and the fees coming out, and you withdraw your money, and the account then goes into the negative, what will the bank be able to do to me legally? Since the bank keeps deducting money for an overdrawn account, the amount disputed keeps getting bigger. Can they take me to court to get the money?
