i'm contracted as a independent trucker to a trucking company. i'm to be paid 75% of the loads i haul according to the contact. when i ask what the loads pay the company dispatchers refuse to give me the information and i have never received any documentation/invoice/fax of what the load actually paid. so how do i know that i'm actually getting paid 75%. do i have rights to this information from the company when i request it?
