To make a long story short, my motorcyle engine cut out on me, so I took it to the shop. When they found the problem they told me to purchase another engine which cost approx. (1000$) they then informed me that they would install the motor for 500$ as long as i paid cash, which i agreed too. When i came to pick my bike up I handed them the money, they told me it was not enough that i had to pay 400 more. They also informed me that they were puttin in free labour and that they had broken 2 of my lights(which they fixed) in the process. Is this legal to change the cost?
