I filed a grievance against USF Bestway in Dallas, Tx. on July 28, 2001. The grievance involved new full time road drivers being paid full pay instead of the 90% that we are receiving now. The new contract states that all full time road drivers will be paid at the rates given below. The rates given are Full pay. In my opinion this grievance could not lose. I think the union (Teamsters local 745) sold me and the other new drivers out. Is there any
thing that can be done about this? I know this is a short version of what happened. If someone can help I can give you full details.

Thank you,

Billy R. Wilcher
