What is the name of your state? TX
I bought a 4-wheeler almost 2 years ago on a Yamaha credit card. I know this is a revolving account like any of my department store cards and was wondering shouldn't I have received the original title instead of a non-negotiable title? Or, even though this is a revolving account, do they wait until the original amount financed is paid before they send it. Not trying to sound dense, but this is something I haven't dealt with before.

Thanks

Read your contract. I would be willing to guess Yamaha is holding the title as a form of collatoral. Many other retailers, such as Sears and Circuit City, hold collatoral rights for all purchases made with their card, Yamaha is the same.
