What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AK

Are there any legal actions I can take against a credit card company if I have formally requested in writing that I be removed from a credit card company mailing list and I continue to recieve what I consider to be junk mail. If someone gets these mailings its possible that they could open a card in my name. I know in some states its a felonly to make unsolicited telemarketing calls to people on a do not call list can I file charges against anyone for failing to take me off a mailing list, I am also on the do not call list, is there a do not mail list?
