What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Texas. We bought a used '03 Honda Civic SI Hatchback w/22,000 miles. We were told it was still under waranty and it did not have after market parts on it. Less than a week later when the radiator sprung a leak we find out much has been done to the front end that now will not be covered by the Honda Warranty. We also have a 3 month warranty from the dealer and they made a lame excuse to try to get out of doing any of the work. I think they were hiding the fact it had been re-built. We bought it from a "no-haggle" dealer here and paid a heafty price because it was still with warranty and Used Hondas are so reliable. Is there any hope of getting out of this deal and getting our money back.
