What is the name of your state? Illinois

We are residents of Indiana, and purchased a used auto in Illinois on 6/16/03. The car died enroute home and was towed to a local dealership in Indiana. The selling dealer in Illinois will not accept our phone calls, and we have emailed requesting they pay 1/2 of towing & repair expenses. If we receive no response, does Illinois have a 3 day "cooling off" period for auto purchases as does Indiana?

Neither state has a 3 day cooling off period for the purchase of used vehicles. If you bought the vehicle "as-is" without having the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic first, you are solely liable for any repairs.
