I signed a Vehicle Buyers Order for a used car, and an accompanying finance contract. The APR agreed on in the finance contract was changed and the dealer gave me a new finance contract with a higher APR. I haven't signed the new one yet, and I also haven't taken possesion of the vehicle. Am I obligated to anything now? Am I liable for anything if I tell them I don't want the car?
