I was 20 days late on my truck payment I called the man and told him that I was going to be late and he said o.k. I woke up 3 days later and my truck had been repossessed before 7:00 a.m. When I purchased the truck he did not give me a contract stating that if I was late or how late I could be before he would repossess. All I received was the paper work that I needed to get my tag. What are my rights? Please help
