last month i moved into a house with my friend. i lived there for a little less than 2 weeks and now she wants me to pay her a whole months rent of $300. she says if i dont pay her the money then she will "file a report and press charges" can she really do something about it if i didn't even live there for a whole month and there was no written contract?
