What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

I just bought a car with 60,000 miles on it from a Nissan Dealership. During negotiations, we fixed on a total price, and a monthly payment schedule that included a 100,000 mile extended warranty. I went and signed the paperwork and without realizing it, the extended warranty was not included. Instead there was just a form that had drivetrain warranty that expires in 40,000 miles. I probably signed this thinking it was the full warranty agreement. There exists no evidence of an extended warranty, other than the fact that I am overpaying by about 2,200 dollars. Do I have any recourse?
