What is the name of your state? Indiana
I loaned someone money with a verbal agreement they would make payments untill the loan was paid plus intrest. I sent a payment schedule along with the check . I received one payment since then, and no other communications with this person has resulted in anything but a promise that the money was going to be paid. i do have a witness to the verbal agreement, all arangements were made by phone. can i sue them for payment? garnish wages?
