What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I have a verbal agreement with a roofing contractor to have my roof replaced and place 'gutter helmets' on the gutters to prevent debris from getting in them. I received the contract on Friday, and it was a poor photocopy which was hard to read and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. This, along with some other things he has said has led me to have second thoughts about hiring him to do the job.

Since I have not signed the contract, am I legally bound by my verbal acceptance to have him send me the contract?

Thank you in advance.
