I received a reservation over the phone to provide shuttle service to a airport for 3 passengers. 40 minutes before pick-up I call to make sure the passengers will be ready, and they tell me that they want to cancel, they made the reservation over a week prior to the pick up date, I turned down other business that I could have done. Am I entitled to any compensation for their failure to give notice in a reasonable amount of time?
