somebody help!!!
On October 7th, 1998, I sold a car emblem golding machine to a man. We agreed on a sale price of $2,100. We also agreed to the $2,100 being paid in $100 increments over a 21 month period. As of today, 4/23/01, I have not received one dime from this man. I keep calling him and he says he will pay, but I am getting a little skeptical on ever receiving any money. Please let me know what legal rights I have under our initial verbal agreement made back in 1998. Both parties in this agreement live in Arkansas. Thank you for your prompt response in this matter.
