ILLINOIS--a party of 11 rented from a formal wear business. the sales/owner, stated in front of 6 or 7 adults, that approx 9 of the tuxes would be ready on wed-need to try on for alteration time. 12 show on wed - nada, owner says she said wed or thurs. thurs night all must attend school function w/ 6 of tux kids, tux's come in. fri is rehersal. sat decorate and wedding. woman tells owner she is one size, owner tells woman she id another. dress comes in wrong size and falls off woman. man tells owner he wears this size lg or ex=lg shirt, owner gives his 3x shirt. all i receive after rental $ is invoice stating -no refunds or returns on stock or special order purchaces-. the tuxes came from another formal wear busi. can i claim a dissatified customer and request % back?

You did not get what you were promised. That is a breach of contract and you are entitled to a refund of part of the purchase price. At most, you should only have to pay for the items you were promised and not for the wrong ones.
