I am having difficulties and need to know if I am responsible. A magazine company over the phone and myself have a four year contract that was made over the phone. I have no written contract. I cancelled the subscription several months ago and they still say I owe money because I did not cancel in 7 days after recieving the written contract. I never recieved it and I canceled this service. they say I still owe them. Due I truly have to pay them I canceled and am not recieving anything from them the companny is called DMS out of Oklahoma. If anyone can help me I appreciate it.
