Verbal Social Security Approval

What is the name of your state? PA

Question: Had verbal approval to use friends SSN to obtain her co-signer on a loan. Loan was approved. Now friend says she never gave me approval and states she is filing charges. I have witnesses that she did approve this.

What do I do? She never signed nothing nor talked to agency and they approved the loan.

HELP !
