What is the name of your state? New York
I had purchased industrial software back in 2000. It never worked the way it was promoted. After many contacts to the company, I realized that the company is avoiding my inquiries. I just found out why. The CD Rom software has a virus on it... THe Chernobyl virus, to be exact. The company continues to ignore the issue. What are my options?

At this late date (2+ years after the purchase), your only real option is:
Buy software from another company.

I would just like to add that this particular virus definition was just released, so until now (2 years later), that virus has not been able to be detected. This has been verified.
