I wrote a letter to finance company to do a voluntary repo, but they won't come and take my car. I've had it for 4 years, missed no payments, but just went on family leave. My car still runs, except it has no airbags, and the bumper is bent. Why won't they take it? I haven't made a payment since Decembers payment.
