Question? Does the extended warranty Company (for an Auto) that we paid 1723.00 for have the right not to disclose why they keep a certain amount money when we canceled the contract. They and the car dealership said they did not have discloses what they used over 800.00 for that they keep of the contract. I know we had it for 17 months( never used) and they are in title to something but they will not tell us how they dicide what they were going to refund us. They would not give us a brake down off our money they kept. By law should they have disclose that infro. to us. It would be like some one take money our of your account an saying i don't have to tell you what for. the dealership nor the Extended warranty place will us how or why that certain amount was kept. Any answers?????
Thanks Teresa46
