I am in washington state. My engine went bad in my motor home. I found a company, they replaced the engine, and gave me a 12,000 mile 1 year warranty. I drove maybe 200 miles but it was 11 months later. well the engine was under warranty, but the labor wasn't which is costing me another 800$. Is it legal to not warranty the labor?

thank you for your time.
