What is the name of your state? south carolina
Am I required to pay a service charge on my water bill? The payment was late, a work order for shut off had been generated. However, I paid the bill before the water was turned off, and the work order was stopped. Also, on my check I wrote Balance Due and the company accepted and cashed that check.
