I live in Colorado, I used a web design company based in Cedar rapids Michigan. Media Limit was hired to design a website. the contract stated a 2 to 3 day turn around and someone would always be available to me. The quality of graphics were childish and "clip art" and took well over the 2 to 3 day turn around as promised. I decided to withdrawl my account and no longer use ther services. Media limit said no problem and they would return my money. Its been over a month, and no one will take my calls from the company. What direction should I go now????
