I am in Illinois. Hawaii took place in O'ahu. The 'arranger'was supposed to have photographer, video & cake. Lots went wrong, he said he'd send the video for free (instead of $49.00). On top of everything, he now claims the video did not take. We have nothing. In order to pursue them for damages, do I have to fly to Hawaii or can I proceed from Illinois? HELP!!!!
