What is the name of your state? Michigan
i was recently married, the photograph and I signed a contract which states:
"....Although all care will be taken with the negatives and prints the photographer and studio limits liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver pictures for any reason to the return of all deposits or retainers."

The photographer lost a complete role of film contianing key pictures of my family, groomsmen and me.

The photographer offer to recreate the photos lost but will not pay to have the tux re-rented for my groomsmen. What should i do, do i have recourse.
