We paid a total of $3600 for a wedding rental company for our wedding on the beach in May. $793 worth of our contract was not provided. THe vendor told us at the wedding he would refund us. After multiple phone calls and emails, in which he continues to say he will pay us, he has never done it. He did not respond to the BBB complaint we opened. Is our next step small claims court? We live 11 hours from the county we would have to sue him in, so we will incur just as much in travel as we do for the case. What are our options???
