My friend bought a new 2005 car, traded in her old car. She left the lot with the new car, the car lot called her back and told her that she needed a co signer the deal hadnt gone thru. She then decides that she doesnt want the car and tells them they can have it back, event though the deal hadnt gone thru they had already sold her trade in. They have been giving her the run around for a week now about getting her old car back. Also since all this has happened the car lot hasnt paid her trade off yet and the creditor is calling her wanted her monthly payment. What can she do to get her old car back, and can the car lot sell her trade but not pay it off? Thanks
