We refinanced our home in Nov.of 2000. each month our mortgage is paid in advance before the due date. every month the mortgage company calls and states they never received the payment. on a monthly basis we have to order and send copies of the cancelled checks that were sent showing they were paid on time. even though we have sent numerous copies of cancelled checks they continue to call each month stating they never receive them. Is there anything I can do legally to put a stop to this as it is becoming very annoying month after month.
