Washington State. I have a contact as a seller in the sale of a vehicle. It is extremely detailed and I have proof that it has been broken in several ways.

I know I will probably have to go to court to get the car back, which is what I want to do.

I need to know, what do I need to bring with me when I go to the courthouse? I assume I will be able to schedule a hearing, or do I need to get a lawyer first? Do I need a lawyer if my proof is unquestionable? If I do, can I get a court-appointed one?

Please give any info you can, thank you very much.

You can represent yourself if you are capable. As your own attorney, you should already know what you need to bring to court.
