Exclamation What do I do??? Urgent!!!

I live in Houston, TX and I bought a used car and got the title switched in my name. I decided to sell the car during tax season so I could buy a Mustang. I happen to sell (lease to own) my car this couple. The agreement was for them to put $1000 down and pay $100 on the 15th of every month. [[not bad...huh???]] I asked for $2000 and they talked me down to $1700. Then a month later they gave me this sad story about them struggling and the wife haven't recieved her social security check yet so I decided to drop it down to $1600 and instead of $100/month I changed it to $75/month. I have been have problems with recieving the monthly agreement and finally received a payment of $76 on July 1st. When the next month came they tried to move without telling me and changed there number. I found out where they stayed and tried to collect that months payment, they gave me another story saying they didn't have the money. So I told I need the keys to my car the wife said ok but she didn't have the keys her husband had them and he's wad out drinking with his brothers who came down from Chicago. He said he would give me the keys when he came home. When he arrived he asked fOr one more day...I said ok, because it was just one more day. It came the next I never received a call. The second came, no call. So, I decided to do a surprise drive by. No one was home, I drove to some of the places I thought they would be and found his and she said her husband had the key and was in Chicago with the keys and she had no idea where the car was. Today I found out by one of their friends that the husband sold the car to someone. Can I file a stolen car report, get both the husband and wife arrested, and sue them for how much the car is worth? I say for how much it's with instead of the remainder amount, because I was going to take car from them if they didn't pay and sell it if it was in good shape. Help!!!! I need advice asap!!!What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Except the car isn't stolen. You gave them the keys. No you cannot have them arrested. This is a civil matter. Your recourse is to sue them in small claims court. Good luck collecting.

You've learned a very valuable lesson on how stupid it is to sell cars to people on payment plans.
And I'll have you know I am no stranger to litigation! I've been sued many times and enjoy every second of it. - Master Shake
