What do you do when you are screwed by PAYPAL?

I ran an auction on EBAY and I was a little late in giving the buyer his merchandise due to a family emergency.

PAYPAL reversed payment for the buyer even though the merchandise was in fact received by him.

I email paypal once a day and they won't respond to me.

What should I do?

It is not a lot of money, but I am home unemployed so any money for me is worth the hassle.

Try calling them... (888) 221-1161. And contact the buyer.
