What is the name of your state? Arizona.

I have bought a wireless phone service from ATT over the phone. Over the phone, the sales man told me that my plan included long distance. However, when I use my phone last month calling out state, ATT charged me long distance. So I called ATT customer service. The ATT customer service representative told me that my plan did not include long distance.

What should I do? The sale was taken over the phone and there is no contract (paper) signed. How can I prove that the sales man has sold me the plan that included long distance?

Thanks,

Aijun.
