I have been reading many of the threads about cyberreabte. I am a victim as well. Discover, as you may know, isn't honoring chargebacks. Even though I received portions of the merchandise (not all) CR was able to provide UPS information (yes packages did come with missing merchandise) and thus discover sided with CR and didn't honor my request for credit.

So here's my question, can I resist payment if round two of disputes doesn't work? How do I find out how to do this? Do I have certain rights under Illinois law? I consider myself a victim of fraud. What recourse do I have. Finally, what will happen if I just don't pay?

thank a lot. cathy
