What is the name of your state? ohio. i have a contract agreement written for the years 1993 thru1996 that contains a grandfather clause. the next contract from 1996Thru 2000 contains that same clause with diffrent wording and the next contract from 2000 thru 2004 does not contain the clause at all because (Iwas told) they said that the orignal contract wording was all that was needed because it only involved the people who were grandfathered and not the whole bargaining unit. My question is which contract is the legal one? these are school years that is why the contract years overlap.
