Does having the wrong date on a contract make it invalid? I recently signed one with a wrong date and the salesman is badgering me to re-sign (to the point I don't even want his product any longer). If the first contract is valid why must I sign again or is it invalid? What could happen if I don't re-sign? I live in PA.
