i am in tn i recently purchased a used truck with an "as is" warranty. the truck blew the motor on the way home from dealership, i know that this is just tough luck, however, after going thru my paperwork and trying to find some loophole to get me out of this contract i found that the vin# on the contract and the actual vin# are different does this void the contract, does the dealership have to return my downpayment?

My response:

They'll just say, "It's a typo - - want us to correct it ?" That's about all that will happen.
