yellow pages mix up????

Not sure where this fits, so I am posting it here. I own a home-based business. I have a separate business phone line and address (PO Box). My other personal line and address is not listed (which I pay extra for every month).

Two of the most used phone books just came out:

Bell souths yellow pages: Which listed the correct business phone number and my HOME address (which I told them NOT to print) and

The Talking phone book: Who I never spoke with, also listed my HOME address and spelt my company name incorrectly. My company name has a number in it and instead of using the number, the spelt it out (Two, instead of 2).

1) Is there a privacy issue here? I paid NOT to have my personal address listed in their book and they listed it anyway.

2) Any issues regarding the incorrect spelling of my business name?
