What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I am looking to develop an iPhone application for King's Island Amusement park here in Cincinnati, OH, which is owned by Cedar Fair's Entertainment Company. If I plan on selling the app, what kinds of permissions do I need(if any) from Cedar Fair's to make this happen? I plan to use the names of their rides, along with the park name. Thanks!

If your app makes it look like this company is endorsing your product in anyway (and no, a disclaimer stating otherwise will not prevent a lawsuit), then you could face legal action.

Out of curiosity, what will this app do?

Oh, and whether or not you make a single cent will have no effect on whether or not you could be sued.
