I'm not actually in the US at this time. However, I would like to know how the law in general approaches this topic.

Here is the situation:
1) You go to a concert, you pay money to enter, and once in the concert you record the audio from that concert. Can you sell the recording legally? Since you paid to enter is that a legal sale to seel the audio from the live show?

2) If you record a radio program, an interview, or a concert, or song, can you sell that recording legally? Since the anyone in the public can hear that audio if it comes from the radio station is it legal to record and sell that live audio?

Thank you.
