This is a really complex question...I've done research, but I'm still not sure. I was considering naming my band Drug Spider...which was a brand or...sub-brand?....of clothing in Japan. It was by the same company as the brand Sexpot Revenge (http://www.sexpot-revenge.com) and it used to be on the same website. However I don't think they are still making Drug Spider clothing. Anyways, since I'm in America, I wouldn't be using it for a competing clothing brand name, and they are no longer (I think) producing clothing under this name, would/could I wind up getting sued over a band named Drug Spider?
